About a year ago, the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care announced several fee reductions and eliminations. One of the codes eliminated was the C101 code which is a $9.10 premium for any assessments and consultations in the ICU. Please note that, effective April 1st, 2013, this code has been reinstated.
If you see a patient in the ICU, please add that premium to your billing.
